VIC B3P3 Velocity2019: BP3.3

Delete subclause B3P3(1) and insert VIC B3P3(1) as follows:

Non-drinking water services must ensure that pipework water velocity does not exceed 3 m/s for more than 1% of the time that the water is required during the annual peak hour.

VIC B3D3 General requirements2019: VIC B3.3

Delete clause B3D3 and insert VIC B3D3 as follows:

A non-drinking water service must be in accordance with AS/NZS 3500.1, subject to the following:

  1. Substitute the text of clause 9.7.1(a) as follows: (a) be of a type that has a removable handle.
  2. Substitute the text of clause 9.7.1(c) as follows: (c) have a non-standard inlet connecting thread and a standard hose connection outlet.
