To reduce condensation risk in residential buildings, a program of work was introduced to develop NCC condensation mitigation provisions in three stages. The first two stages resulted in provisions being included in NCC 2019 and NCC 2022. Work is now underway to further reduce condensation risk through NCC 2025.
Guidance material has also been made available to assist with minimising condensation in buildings.
