Performance Solution scenario This Performance Solution scenario has been developed to assist building practitioners in formulating Performance Solutions concerning weatherproofing. This Scenario demonstrates the performance design process used when a cladding system is used for an external façade on a low rise office building. It specifically relates to NCC Volume One, Performance Requirement FP1.4 Weatherproofing. It is recommended that this is read in conjunction with the Performance Solution Process document.
