Energy efficiency of commercial buildings
This Consultation Regulation Impact Statement analyses the impact of potential stringency changes to the energy efficiency provisions of NCC 2019 Volume One for commercial buildings (Class 3, 5-9 buildings and common areas of Class 2 buildings). The analysis undertaken by the Centre for International Economics (CIE) on behalf of the ABCB examines the impacts of proposed amendments to the Energy Efficiency provisions of NCC Volume One Section J, developed based on modelling and research undertaken by Energy Action.
